Position Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for executing and analyzing innovative and targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

The Marketing Programs Manager will be effective at building integrated campaigns that engage prospects with increasingly targeted, relevant, and personalized marketing. The successful candidate is a proactive team player, well-organized and detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, meets deadlines, and goes above and beyond to get the job done.


Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated and targeted marketing campaigns that will drive the required top and middle of funnel responses to meet sales

objectives and business goals

Write and produce targeted content including landing pages, email and direct mail assets, ad copy, and webinar content to support the execution of the

campaign

Define, measure, and analyze campaign metrics (i.e. click-through, conversions, engagements, MQL, SQL, etc.), communicate results, and implement actions

that enhance the effectiveness

Help to deepen our relationship with our targeted database members by helping develop stronger scoring algorithms and behavioral nurture paths

Manage the flow of leads from campaigns and events into marketing automation systems, and develop follow-up plans with sales team stakeholders t0 

maximize pipeline generation and conversion


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, English, or related discipline preferred
  • 2 to 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Must be metrics-driven and a very strong analytic thinker
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and managing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and managing marketing programs tied to specific goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, revenue)
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently orchestrate, prioritize and manage multiple projects, from concept through implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and represent the company in a positive, professional manner
  • Proficiency in marketing automation – experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com a plus
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish; Can work independently with minimal supervision

Preference – Boston-area, but open to candidates on the East Coast of the U.S.
