Sales Operations Analyst (Enterprise Software)

The Opportunity

Julia Computing was founded in 2015 by the creators of the Julia programming language for artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, data science, modeling, and simulation.

Julia Computing's mission is to develop products that bring Julia's superpowers to its customers. Julia Computing's flagship product is JuliaHub, a secure, cloud based, software-as-a-service platform for developing Julia programs, deploying them, and scaling to thousands of nodes.

The Sales Operations Analyst will partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Operations, and Sales to ensure timely delivery of documentation and reporting in support of the end to end sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Salesforce.com and other tools in the sales/go-to-market tech stack
  • Management of NDAs, vendor registration tools, license agreements, and other documentation in support of new customer onboarding
  • Management of proposals, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other customer related documentation
  • Development of processes and procedures which are repeatable and scalable ensure Julia Computing’s continued rapid growth
  • Work cross functionally with multiple teams to look for opportunities to create best practices

Location: Boston, MA/Remote


Requirements.

  • 3+ years experience in enterprise software sales operations, sales support, finance, or analytics
  • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Freshdesk, Hubspot, DocuSign and other productivity tools
  • Analytical/process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working directly with Enterprise customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
