About the Role

JuliaHub is looking for a skilled Admin Assistant who can help the CEO, COO, CIO, and other senior managers with administrative and secretarial tasks. This is a remote position based in India and we are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated individual for this role.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Should have 5+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant

What You Will Do

  • Manage schedules and calendars for our executives including organizing meetings and making appointments
  • Make travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team including bookings of hotels, other accommodation, flights, local transport, etc. Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise
  • Organize domestic and international travel (flights, lodging, transportation) and team off-sites, as needed
  • Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms 
  • Filing of expense receipts, reimbursements and organizing various details

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong background and understanding of travel booking portals, options and how to research hotels, locations, transportations options (train, flights, etc.) across the world
  • Drive to research and exhaust all options, creatively solving problems and making things happen
  • Should be able to efficiently and effectively assess, prioritize, plan and execute appropriate courses of action
  • Experience managing complex calendars, optimizing whenever possible, and expecting and handling last-minute changes with confidence
