Quality and Compliance Associate

JuliaHub's flagship product is JuliaHub, a secure, cloud based, software-as-a-service platform for developing Julia programs, deploying them, and scaling to thousands of nodes. JuliaHub was founded in 2015 by the creators of the Julia programming language for artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, data science, modeling and simulation.


The Quality and Compliance Associate develops and supports documentation, processes and systems in support of the development and adoption of the JuliaHub software platform. In this role, the Quality and Compliance Associate needs to interface with Quality and Compliance Manager, Sales Engineering, Security, Engineering and Customer Operations.



Customer Facing Responsibilities


  • Facilitate timely responses to customer documentation and questionnaire requests including platform security, regulatory CFR Part 11 compliance, and data security
  • Help in company wide adherence in the critical areas including CFR Part 11, GDPR, SOPs, GxP, SOC-2 and other areas of compliance


Internal Responsibilities


  • Provides support and backup for Quality and Compliance Manager 
  • Create and maintain staff training documentation and records as required in the company’s eQMS
  • Assist in planning, executing and reporting on internal compliance and quality audits
  • Maintain JuliaHub Platform validation document(s) in support of customer adoption and upgrades
  • Maintain and improve questionnaire response repository
  • Provide user and maintenance support for company’s eQMS


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Knowledge of computer system validation principles and software development fundamentals
  • Minimum 4 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years of hands-on quality management system experience including document control 
  • Demonstrated experience working in fast paced, cross functional environment with global teams in many countries 
  • Strong focus on flexibility, ability to mulit-task, attention to detail, organizational skills and good follow up
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems related to Quality and Compliance
